Do you have any hobbies? 

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably answered ‘no’ to that question at some point in your life. We can get wrapped up in work, building relationships, keeping our online presence, etc, so we often forget to pour goodness back into ourselves. 

You are your most important relationship. Deliberately include activities you find pleasurable in your daily routine. Do it just because you enjoy it. 

“Mindful activities are those that require our full attention and presence,” according to Seasons in Color, “They immerse us in the “here and now,” allowing us to detach from the anxieties of the past or future.” 

Engaging in hobbies forces us to focus on the task at hand which allows us to practice mindfulness. Hobbies improve our wellbeing, so here are 20 hobbies to try when you don’t have any:
