Parents, does the constant cycle of prepping, planning, grocery shopping, and cooking leave you feeling drained? The Vegan Goddess eliminates the struggle with fun, educational vegan cooking classes for children ages 8-12!

Every Friday, this June and July, Chef Camri McNary of The Vegan Goddess will instill confidence, independence, and healthy eating habits in your children while teaching them practical cooking skills.

“I’m excited because I loved cooking as a kid,” Chef Camri says. “So to be able to give the opportunity to somebody else is really cool.”

Each week, your child will create something different, like delicious granola or refreshing smoothies—healthy, vegan, and kid-friendly options that require minimal adult supervision. All supplies and ingredients are included, and the students bring their culinary creations home for you to try!

Camri spent countless hours by her grandmother’s side, watching her knead, stir, and simmer. These early lessons instilled in her a love for cooking and a deep understanding of traditional techniques. When Camri embraced a vegan lifestyle, her culinary knowledge faced a test. She couldn’t simply rely on familiar recipes. Instead, she drew upon the foundation built with her grandmother, creatively adapting techniques and flavors to craft delicious vegan dishes.

“You don’t think so as a kid, but it all sticks with you,” Camri says.

Don’t let mealtimes become another source of stress! Spark your child’s creativity and empower them with healthy habits. Enroll them in The Vegan Goddess’ fun and educational cooking classes! They’ll learn valuable skills, gain confidence in the kitchen, and come home with delicious vegan creations for the whole family to enjoy.
