Choose a sturdy chair with a backrest that supports your lower back. Ensure the chair is stable and won’t tip over or slide during movements. Your hips should be slightly higher than your knees when seated, and your feet should be flat on the floor. If your feet don’t reach the floor, use a small, folded blanket or a sturdy book for support.
